Pretty incredible. I like IT and FB so well integrated. 03-idea

One stop source for MAC verbals to date.

Sweet.

RE: "MAC (FB) Recruiting Map"
Even though it is very early (the MLB all-star game is next week), two points:

1). Temple (read that Al Golden) likes to hit the ground running and get a boatload of verbals early.

2). Ball State appears to be reaping the benefits of a very high profile season and a beautifully redone stadium.

The only other thing which stands out is the number of verbals from Illinois by a number of MAC teams. Is that because there is only one MAC team in IL and other schools can come in and pick up some of the MAC-level recruits?

Not exactly sure. NIU's recruiting class is limited to around 15 or so scholarships for 2010, so we're being more selective this year. That and coach kill seems to be a lot more involved in recruiting southern states like Florida & Louisiana not to mention the jucos.

We didn't seem all too interested in the prospects that verballed to other MAC schools, which is a good thing.

RE: "MAC (FB) Recruiting Map"
MAC recruiting is crazy.

NIU doesn't seem too interested in a lot of IL kids.

WMU seems more interested in IL kids then MI kids.

I, for one, hope that NIU goes lite in IL, and WMU goes lite in MI. CMU is likely to have a small class which could keep MI more open then in previous years. English might have an opening to make inroads in MI.

***************

O/T but WMU gets a top transfer from UofM.

I wanted to bump this thread.

It is up to date and shows where some schools are really recruiting early and hard.

some schools might be out of schollies early this year.
