FT: Why Bernanke is Right to be Worried
great editorial

If Obama doesn't figure out the common sense keys to longterm economic growth(and its not hard to figure out), his insane defecits and nanny state spending will do us in long term

Clinton figured it out, with the help of Newt and company, can Obama is the question? So far, not likely....we need to get Pelosi(the Liar) out of there asap to put Pro-Growth pressures on Obama instead of the Command and Control pressures.

Once the voters see the Energy Proposals, the Environmental Proposals, and the Socialized Health Care (along with the Trillion + price tags), then there will be an another 1994 with the Republicans taking enough seats to stop all this garbage.

Only thing we need to fear is ACORN and other Thug Community Organizers screwing up the election through fraud.

That is the only way the Democrats will keep a sizable majority-- they will have to steal the election.

RE: FT: Why Bernanke is Right to be Worried
Bernanke got us half-way out of the sandtrap, if Obama/dems don't get their act together we will sink. Its that simple, barring some new Technology to come along and change everything for awhile, which we do live in a Dynamic Economy atleast.

problem is, even if Obama isn't a pie-in the sky Utopian true believer, the Political forces he is beholden to is what will do us in. he has to pay off his interest groups, like the UAW for example.

Obama's advisor's project the debt to be around 100% of GDP for a decade!!! It wasn't that bad for that long before during and after WWII. This nation is heading for disaster fast!!! Recent signs;

Oil hits high for 2009 this week, Gold prices up, interest rates up, dollar value DOWN! Folks the effects of the Crimulus package and the other deficit busting programs having even started. On the bright side in 4 years the liberal experiment and the Democrat party should be on the outs. 02-13-banana
