Getting an honorary degree should be reserved "for heads of state, and stuff." Classic. Thanks for sharing.

I couldn't transfer into ASU as a senior from a smaller school and graduate with a degree that bears their name, you'd AT LEAST think this fool had to accomplish something before he received an honorary degree.

Oh, and if any of you are thinking he should get one for winning the election, well, you might as well give last years American Idol winner one as well. It was the same f'n thing. A popularity contest.

Except the media told us more and were more honest about the American Idol winner than they did about Obie.

That was the most appropriate decision. Unbelievable the responses they received from news media pundits.

Of course they did give an honorary doctorate to Rose Mofford...but they're making up for it!

What's striking to me is how sensitive and delicate this president is. Every conceivable slight that is directed his way elicits some kind of response from him. It's like he's a 7th grade girl.

Did he ever act like he cared. Last time I heard you don't give honorary doctorates when you already have a real one.

Um, of course they won't take someone from Kindercare. Especially after learning that "you don't play well with others" and called your teacher a "socialist".

I'd go with giving one to the American Idol Winner ..... at least they work their asses off to get where they are in life and struggle to make a Dream Come True.
