No...It will still be the current 18,000 seats, I believe....the second phase of the stadium would be completed by the 2011 season, which would add the total capacity to around 23,000-25,000. Then, when money is ready, and IF an increase in capacity is immediately warranted, will they try to reach the ultimate figure. But, to my understanding, there is no funding...as of now...for the 3rd and (possibly) future phases...
