FIU really laid an egg tonight, poor showing by the guys. I think the pitching didn't even show up. Allowed like 15 hits. OUCH!

And now we have a tough series with MTSU coming up. I hope our guys can get it all together. We need that series.

I'm surprised FIU let BCC bat around like that. They had a bunch of hits in that game, and FIU has a pretty solid pitching staff. Just a bad day I guess.

Midweek pitching seems to be hurting the Sun Belt at the moment. I think Troy has finally found some midweek guys. The guy that started against JSU did a great job. It was his first start since last season because he had arm surgery, and he came out and pitched very well. Troy's sending out a pitcher tomorrow against Auburn that also had surgery and is getting his first start, and he was Troy's best pitcher last year. He pitched great in a few innings of relief when Troy beat WKU. So hopefully Troy will start winning more OOC games and help the RPI a little more now.

MT's midweek starters are OK (average to above average) but a few of our midweek relievers should be playing NAIA or intramural ball.

Think you should worry about the guys coming to Miami this weekend before worrying about MT.

My bad, I was talking about the games this week. I just got the teams mixed up.

If we were playing either team, and "showed up" like that. We would be crushed. I know these guys can play, they are 3rd in the SBC for a reason. I think they just underestimated the other team and assumed they would show up and get the "W".

I want to go to the baseball games so bad, but unfortunately I will be working.

I sure hope we can put a lickin on the Aubs. We already beat the Tide, if we can knock of the Barners we can claim in-state supremacy.
