We're a team no one want to play
UNT's announcers pointed out that we are "hard to watch". But they continuously complimented our defense. A ULL writer wrote basically the same thing in an article about our team. No offensive minded player wants to play against us because he knows what he will be up against. I think it gets in the players' heads before the game starts. While we smothered UNT, even when they got open they couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.

It's tough-minded "playground ball." Hard to coach and hard to watch, but very effective. Just ask 20 of our opponents this year. Still, I'm worried that in the past two games, we have not scored a field goal in the last 11 minutes. That's where the loss of Stevee really hurts us.

I have to agree. Putting the ball in the basket is still a rather important aspect of the game.
