FAU got a new QB coach Jeff Brohm from Louisville, 04-rock

and our DL coach just resigned to go to Toldeo I belive, although that was not a critical loss and shouldnt affect us that much.

The high school d-line and special teams coach is GONE !02-13-banana UNT has a new, well experienced defensive line coach who did have a nine year stint at a Big 12 school. Special teams will now be handled by the RB coach who has coached special teams at La. Tech & Southern Miss.
UNT also now has a dedicated strength coach for football only. In the past the strength coach worked with all athletic teams.

All the coaching changes are definitely good changes. That's one thing that's different from any other year and it's a very very good sign of great things to come.

give Neal one more year, he'll have some program calling him. i wonder if Troy could drum up enough to keep him if someone else DID want him?

Our secondary coach left for Louisville, we replaced him with Steve Ellis.

From GoBlueRaiders.com
Ellis comes to Murfreesboro after serving the previous six seasons at Nicholls State where he was the defensive coordinator his final three years. Ellis, who also served as the team's pro liaison and supervised academic progress, was the team's safeties coach in 2003 before taking over the linebackers in 2004 and 2005.

RE: Coaching changes in the SBC....
We did a LOT of shuffling around in our staff, to the tune of a newly assigned OC, DC, and Special Teams --- all without a new hire. Now, just this week two people left (one being the former OC), other being the QB coach. So we have two openings now.

We didn't change a thing. I bet there will be some changes after this season if we don't win the conf. or at least win 7 games.
