Game was tied 40-40 at the half. Troy eventually took the lead and kept it to beat the Owls 78-63. Troy extends win streak to 8 games, going 5-0 on the road and 3-0 at home. Trojans improve to 15-10 (10-3 SBC).

I like the 3 road games coming up. If we win the regular season Sun Belt title we will deserve it. If not there's always the tournament.

FAU is TERRIBLE right now, and I dont consider myself ANYSORT of expert on Basketball. Its not a sport I follow or know very well. Im trying to get someone over here from owlsnest who can talk about it with a modicum of expertise.

All i know is that your supposed to put the ball in the net, but unforutantely the way FAU is playing I dont think they know that.

RE: MBB: Troy 78, FAU 63
i'm definitely not a basketball fan either, can't stand watching it unless it's TROY. i'm starting to get more and more into baseball. my grandfather pitched for the Detroit Tigers way back in the day. myself and all my cousins grew up playing the sport, but once i was old enough for football i abandoned baseball. still, i love going to TROY baseball games, it's something i look forward to doing with my children one day. i can't imagine a more enjoyable afternoon than sitting in the bleachers at Riddle-Pace with a hot dog in one hand and a cold Coca-Cola in the other.

TROY actually did something neat though for fans. our left field fence was made chain-link so students can sit out there and drink while watching the game. visiting left fielders hate it, haha.
