Arkansas State

Total signees: 21

Biggest catch: Phillip Butterfield, QB, Lake Hamilton (Ark.) High - Considered the 21st-best pro-style quarterback by Rivals.com. Three-star recruit also offered by Tulsa and Southern Miss.

Biggest steal: Tausean Holmes, RB, Millington (Tenn.) High - Was named Class 5A's Mr. Football Back of the Year in Tennessee. Racked up 1,801 all-purpose yards and 25 touchdowns.

Florida Atlantic

Total signees: 26

Biggest catch: Corey Henry, DE, Carol City (Fla.) High - This 6-foot-3, 229-pounder is rated the nation's 30th-best strongside defensive end by Rivals.com. Also offered by FIU and visited Syracuse.

Biggest steal: Nexon Dorvilus, TE, North Miami (Fla.) Senior High - Big target could develop into FAU's next threat over the middle. Also considered Purdue, Middle Tennessee and Colorado State.

Florida International

Total signees: 23

Biggest name: Larvez "Pooh Bear" Mars, LB, Apopka (Fla.) High - Rated the nation's eighth-best inside linebacker by Rivals.com. Also offered by Iowa St., Kentucky, Cincinnati and South Florida.

Biggest steal: Darian Mallory, ATH, Gulliver Prep (Fla.) High - This shifty athlete signed with the Golden Panthers over offers from Iowa and Ole Miss. Is a threat as a receiver and on returns.

Ragin' Cajuns

Total signees: 18

Biggest name: Brandon McCray, DT, Merritt Island (Fla.) High - Rated the nation's 108th-best defensive tackle by Scout.com and turned down offer from Iowa State. Could see immediate playing time.

Biggest steal: Javone Lawson, WR, Helen Cox - Rated the state's 65th-best recruit by Rivals.com and had early offers from Ole Miss and Tulane. Caught 19 touchdown passes and returned two kicks for scores.

UL Monroe

Total signees: 25

Biggest name: Antonio Hopkins, LB, Mississippi Elite Christian Academy - One-time Mississippi State signee was rated the nation's 28th-best strongside linebacker by Scout.com. Also had an offer from Troy.

Biggest steal: Kolton Browning, QB, Mabank (Texas) High - Rated the nation's 71st-best quarterback by Scout.com and had offer from Tulsa. The Class 4A quarterback led the state of Texas with 401 total yards per game.

Middle Tennessee

Total signees: 23

Biggest name: Roderic Blunt, LB, Everglades (Fla.) High - Was ranked the nation's 43rd-best middle linebacker by Scout.com. Also had offers from Purdue, South Carolina, Mississippi State and Wisconsin.

Biggest steal: Arthur Williams, WR, Glenwood (Ala.) High - A three-star recruit by Rivals.com was MTSU's first commitment. Also had early offers from Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Vanderbilt and UAB.

North Texas

Total signees: 21

Biggest name: Shavod Atkinson, DT, Independence (Kan.) Community College - The 6-foot-1, 316-pounder committed two months ago but ended up with Mean Green. Thought hard about West Virginia.

Biggest steal: Tyler Washington, DE, Cedar Hill (Texas) High - Standout athlete recorded 18 sacks as a senior. Held early offers from UTEP, Louisiana Tech, SMU and UL for football and Texas for track.

Troy

Total signees: 28

Biggest name: Eugene Kinlaw, DT, Hutchinson (Kan.) Community College - This four-star recruit was the National Junior College Defensive Player of the Year after logging 11 sacks and 45 tackles for loss.

Biggest steal: Antonio Harper, DE, Hargrave (Va.) Military Academy - Originally signed with Miami out of Memphis Melrose High in 2007. Rated the nation's 56th-best outside linebacker by Rivals.com.

Western Kentucky

Total signees: 26

Biggest name: Courtney Dalcourt, QB, Franklin-Simpson (Ky.) High - Rated the nation's 43rd-best quarterback by ESPN.com. Also received offers from Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Louisville and Stanford.

Biggest steal: Ed Hazelett, TE, Warren Central (Ind.) High - This 6-foot-8, 265-pounder is rated the nation's 31st-best tight end by Scout.com. Also offered by Boston College, Kentucky, Louisville and Cincinnati.
