I'm thinking WKU. They seem to have the most upside. Troy has a chance to win the East if they can keep playing like they are playing now.

Here comes the shocker. I voted MTSU. 03-puke

We have the tougher schedule remaining and we still have to play AT MTSU.

I would think that Troy would continue to be streaky. When Troy is hitting the three's they can beat anybody. When they're not... you won't beat much of anybody. Incidentally, the same is pretty much true for WKU.

RE: Who will win the East MBB?
There seems to be a little more spring in the step of the FIU men’s basketball team as it prepares to meet North Texas (11-7 Sun Belt) for a Sun Belt Conference game Thursday night at U.S. Century Bank Arena.

Winning will do that but so will the fact that, despite the increased number of bandages and braces on the practice floor, the Golden Panthers appear to be getting healthier.

Sophomore point guard Josue Soto (thumb), his right wrist taped, has slowly been working himself back into playing shape, junior J.C. Otero (knee) got some reps in on Wednesday despite the bulky brace on his left knee and even Russell Hicks (stress fracture) was upbeat, sitting on the sidelines after having been fitted with an orthotic device for his right shoe.

FIU head coach Sergio Rouco thinks it’s “doubtful” that any of the three injured players will on the court against North Texas, but he admits that they could be back soon.

Fortunately for WKU...you have the better players, coach, and arena.

Maybe I was quick to judge. Troy still has WKU and MTSU in Alabama and is very much in the race.
