I can't help but wonder if these problems wouldn't exist if some people hadn't trampled on the 2nd Amendment.

I read about this in my local paper the other day. Liberal California wants to do something about their/our notorious gangs and the extreme liberals say this:

The city next to mine, Riverside, Ca has used injunctions very successfully. Everyone who is listed on the injunction has the opportunity to go to court and tell a judge why he shouldn't be on it, they're even given a time and date of their hearing if they're interested in fighting it. It should surprise no one that the people who get served with the injunctions have long records of criminal activity and most of them are already in jail. No one without a record AND hasn't been proved to be an active gang banger gets served.

I really hate the ACLU..... really.....I do.

Now that's where to hit these Scum Buckets at ..... they don't care about Prison Time and they laugh off Jail ..... start bankrupting their Operations and this chaps their worthless hides.

But of course this is "Unconstitutional" and we are punishing these Good American Gang Leaders - - after all, they are really 'Nice People' once you get to know them ......

Trip, you are right, it may be unconstitutional, but since when did the Constitutional matter? it only matters for the mundane things like using the exact 65 words for the oath of office, which Obama could not remember or repeat cause it wasn't on a teleprompter,. (after all he is a constitutional Lawyer) But requirements like "natural born citizen" mean nothing, or the "people's right to bear arms shall "not be " infringed, do not mean what the exact words mean.

Our right to property says it cannot be confiscated without due process.

I personally do not see the difference between how the scum sucking gangs raise money by illegal means, and Obama raising money illegally with foreign campaign donations.
