No, it wouldn't have. We have had two 3rd down plays, and both times I could have told you what the play was before the ball was snapped.

I would have gone with a spread option so they could have a chance to read the defense and make them not over persue on the RB.

trying for a block is bad when you just got a 3 and out and will get the ball in decent field postion and the momentum was in your favor...no reason to go for the block there. little to gain really

handing the ball to an I back deap in thebackfield to gain a short yard is universally regarded as a pooor choice
