Good to hear. Our staff works hard to ensure we cover every DI FBS team in detail, not just the BCS schools like many publications!

RE: 2008 Eastern Michigan football preview
This piece was plagiarized from my EMU spring review piece at USA Today.com. Look at the complete word-for-word cut and paste in the outlooks for offense, defense and special teams:
http://www.usatoday.com/sports/college/f...ac/emu.htm
This is absolutely outrageous and I have just begun to deal with this matter. I do not appreciate seeing my work under somebody else's name. In fact, most of the MAC previews from this site, including many others, were lifted word-for-word from the USA Today features which are written by freelance writers who write for a service that provides content to USA Today and several other media outlets.
My editor has been alerted and they have confirmed that they do not have any agreement to provide content to this site. This is theft, pure and simple.
My Central Michigan piece was also completely plagiarized by this site.

I thought that report looked familiar. Someone needs to pull the plug on these people.

Alot of that stuff was taken from post`s in this forum!..May`s arm, Pollock`s foot and Brockman leaving. Stll amazes though that nothing is ever written about how good the offensive line is, probably the best in the MAC.

It came to our attention that there were some problems with our previews. After some investigation we found that our writer provided us with copy that was word-for-word the same as copyrighted material. As a result the writer has been fired and the content removed from CollegeSports-fans.com. We sincerely apologize for this issue; especially to those whose work was copied.
My apology to Huron Dave and anyone else effected by this issue.

That information may have been posted here but I got my information directly from my many personal conversations with the head coach and personal attendance at practice and scrimmages. I have literally spent hours covering this team in the spring and my detailed preview, which also talks about the offensvie line, will appear in Blue Ribbon and in the MAC Report Online 2008 Football Preview which will be published in early July.

I typically buy one pre-season magazine a year. Lately it's been Steele's because there's a ton of data in it. But if Dave's writings will be in Blue Ribbon, that's the one I'll buy this year.

HuronDave you do a great job in your reporting, but I was talking about the other article not yours. Nowhere but here has it been reported that Brockman has left or May`s injury. With all due respect, you attend no more practices or scrimmages than I do, nor do you talk to coaches and players more than I. (that may sound like sour grapes but its not)..that aside, keep up the good work, I enjoy all your post`s..well almost all of them...lol....The one thing I enjoy is the different opinions from watching a scrimmage, one of us may seem the offenses looked godd but the other one didnt and vice versa, but I think its all meant to be good. My point about the offensive line is that they get zero respect from everybody, read all the magazines and you will never see anything good about that line, Walker, Priest cant run for good yardage without that line and Schmitt doesnt have all day to throw the ball without that line! People may think Im foolish or dumb, but that line is the best in the MAC...ok, my bantering is over, sorry if I offended anybody...HD keep up the good work!

Last I heard he had talked about walking on at Purdue, but that was not for sure. I'm not sure he's even enrolled there yet.
