You should see the change down here in Tampa in regard to USF. They move conferences, continue to improve and a Gator / Nole town is now turning to the Bulls. USF stuff is everywhere now.

Any momentum that UT had is gone now.

USF has done things right. Just as much competition, if not more, for football recognition. But, it takes not being a bunch of cheapazzes.
