Seriously...who can we beat?

Ohio should roll over us

The games against EMU and NIU will be toss-ups...matchups between terrible teams.

Ball State and BG will put up tons of points on our lack of D.

Toledo needs to try the onside kick every time they kick off---if UT gets one out of three, that will be more stops than the D can get and if the opposing team recovers their field position won't be as good as they can get against our KO coverage special teams. (tic---but barely)

At least the D is building a reputaion for making the opposing team's RB a stong candidate for MAC Offensive Player of the Week---I imagine Ohio RB is salivating just anticipating next week.

I kinda hope I have plans come up next Saturday. Otherwise I'll stay home and watch OU roll up 300 on the ground. And the second quarter will start....

BG can't or won't run the ball so I expect their RB to get maybe only like 150 on us. We might have a chance.

RE: Buffalo thread
Just got back from the game (4 AM EST). Went to Niagara Falls afterwards and had dinner at the Hard Rock. Man that is a tough drive back at night!

Couple of things I noticed in person:
1. Way too many "radio time-outs". Is radio more important in Buffalo than anywhere else?
2. Clock management was annoying (please add x seconds back).
3. It was extremely windy - poor cheerleaders kept losing their pom-poms to the wind!
4. This stadium was pretty cool, however, it reminded me of Michigan International Speedway when NASCAR isn't there - just LOTS of unused seats! I would say it's a nice place to watch a game, at least compared to many others I've been to. It's just different-looking too. Nice sound system and video board. The field was pretty cool too - nice blue color in the end-zones and their logo was neat from the upper-deck. (I'm picky about this because of photography - I actually like the contrast w/blue end-zones).
5. Campus was very nice - some parts were very scenic. Good use of water design. There is a highway/road that circles the campus - nice idea.
6. Cold, but just right for football.
7. Toledo looked embarassing for a few things - cheapshots, many dropped passes, and of course the defense. Half of the poeple left at halftime because of the score!

There are many other things - did see some UT offense! Also noticed Greco catching a pass. I think I got a good picture of that. Anyways, time to crash. I still haven't went to bed yet. Just glad I made it home in one piece and don't need any more caffeine or candy to keep me going. Also - Jacobs Field was all lit up - people were watching the ALCS game #2 on the jumbotron (it was in Boston).

Buffalo 31
Ohio U 10

Toledo 33
Buffalo 43

Not saying we are going to beat Ohio, but they shouldn't roll all over us.

Can we be looking for a tackle eligible play coming soon to the Glass Bowl?!?

Great hands and reaction by Greco followed by north-south running04-rock

BG has been turning the ball over alot in the past couple of games and they don't run the football, their number one RB is done for the season.

Great shot! The looks on their faces are priceless.

Greco: "That's right, baby, this is what I been talkin' about!"

Lenehan: "Awwww, sh!t..."
