Let the games begin.

It will have to wait a year. Too bad we can't just get the shifting done right now.

I agree. I don't think that schools should have to wait a year, they should be joing for this season.

That is totally unrealistic. The football schedule alone is set years in advance in some cases. The fact that they can do it in only one year is hard to believe as far as I'm concerned.

Boise State's football schedule for this fall (as an example) is already FULL with non-conference games against BYU, Oregon State and Idaho (and 8 WAC games). Where would you have them add Utah State and New Mexico State? :withstupid:

I know it’s unrealistic. I understand the scheduling issue and even that one year is a pain to do. As a fan, I am just wishing that we didn't have to play a lame duck season.

Thanks and it is great to finally be a conference that makes sense and the WAC is it.
Idaho is jacked to start playing their games in the WAC, too bad it isnt until 2005, but we
do have 4 WAC teams on the schedule this year. BSU, Utah St, Nex Mexico St and Hawaii, so
it should be a good primer..

Go Vandals
Go WAC

Too bad the WAC can't consider themselves an "ALL WESTERN" conference.

If somebody located on the other side of the world would get off their high horse and go Independent, then the WAC schools in the WEST would get exactly what they have longed for for far too long--a completely western Western Athletic Conference.

I would miss La Tech more than not being an all western conference.

I would rather add one more Central Time Zone team to partner with LaTech than to lose LaTech. They are gamers and add a lot to the WAC. Have you seen their ladies play basketball????

Well, the games certainly will mean more when they are all conference games. Idaho needs to add womens gymnastics and both Boise State and Idaho need to add Baseball and Softball!!!!!!!
