Hey, just wanted to drop in and wish you guys a great season. On another board, some HERD fans were talking about scheduling and a large number of them indicated their desire to have a series with you guys. I, for one, think it would be a great idea!
Despite that silly "Mid-major" tag (God, I hate that!!! ) I feel some games between us would draw good ratings on television and most likely fill whichever stadium the game is played in. I have much respect for both of your programs and would like to know your thoughts on the matter.
Again, have a great season and let's bust the BCS party!!!!! 04-cheers

Boise State fans will be playing Bowling Green in a Home and Home the next 2 seasons. I would like to see them put Marshall on the schedule after that series. Adding a 12th game every season will give us all more fexiblity with our schedules.

The first time that Boise State played Marshall was one of the greatest football games that I have ever seen!! Do you remember that game back in 94?

I too would like to see the top of the have nots playing each other on a more or less regular basis. Our last game with Marshall was a barn burner.

It was fun going to TCU last year, and we are starting to hook up with the MAC so I would like to see more, alot more.

The game in 1994 was awesome! I still hear people talking about how good that game was. 04-bow
I'm glad you guys feel this way. Can you imagine:

Boise State vs. Marshall
TCU vs. Fresno State
Marshall vs. TCU
Boise State vs. Southern Miss
Toledo vs. TCU
Miami (OH) vs. Fresno State
Boise State vs. Miami (OH)
Memphis vs. Toledo
Southern Miss vs. Fresno State
Marshall vs. Toledo

All of these games would garner major interest among football fans. Again, I would assume the stadiums would be packed and an energy in the air if games of this caliber were played more often.

:)
