Nice job UTEP........winning AT La Tech ain't easy to do, but your team certainly made it look easy. Sure glad Boise State got you guys early on this season.

I predict that UTEP will go 9-2 and be bowling in Hawaii!
Where do UTEP fans want to go bowling:
Boise or Hawaii?????

Hawaii would be nice. But Boise's bowl people do a first rate job. The city supports whoever is playing, which is what a bowl has to do to survive. I'm afraid a UTEP-UAB type matchup would draw about 10,000 in Hawaii. Hopefully if we do keep winning and get to a bowl, we can send a few more fans this time around.

I remember quite a few UTEP fans in Boise for the H Bowl. Good fans!
The MPC bowl would get 20,000 fans for a UTEP/ACC team matchup!

I don't think there's much doubt about the chances of UTEP continuing to win (with Mike Price at the helm) or of UTEP's chances to go bowling this year. Heck, if you guys keep winning you might be included in the BCS top 14 standings this year too (just like Boise State and Utah). It would be terrific to have three so-called "mid-major" teams from the West to be regarded as being among the top 14 football teams in the nation.
