Dang NMSU don't get any respect. Their a 7.5 point underdog. I guess that 44-10 win of Mt wasn't good enough for people.

Man, you New Mexico State fans get too defensive. New Mexico State did win 44-10 last weekend, but it was against a team who's only four wins are against struggling programs in Akron, Arkansas State, Idaho, and pathetic Utah State.

One thing that really stands out to Vegas here is New Mexico State's track record when facing teams on the road in the Southeast. That is, the Aggies usually lose and this season has been no exception.

And obviously the real true reason why FAU is favored over New Mexico State is that FAU went to Denton and beat North Texas, while Mexico State went to Denton and. . . .well. . . .lost.

Not only that FAU has won six games all on the road.

FAU will be missing their two best players (suspended from the team). If FAU had them, FAU would walk all over New Mexico State. Who knows? FAU might still do just that.

FAU is way better than MTSU and Florida International. So don't get all carried away with your two home wins against seemingly hapless programs.

What. NMSU is the better team even if FAU had all their players. Remember we beat Troy, and the teams we have lost to this year are good teams. Every lose we have this year those teams are going to a bowl game. NT is playing great ball because of the running back they have and they didn't kill us. If we would of stoped them on the last drive and made them punt we would of won the game because that is when our offense started to be unstopable, and they will be unstopable again this week when we put FAU in the ground. I can care less about the sunbelt because that is where little teams like your team play in. Don't be hating because NMSU embarrassed you last week. Last time I heard you guys average almost 400 yards a game, and we only allowed you guys under 160 yards, and negitive yardage in the second. Don't be jealous because NMSU is better than your little team.

New Mexico State would've gone 0-3 against Troy, MTSU, and Florida International if those games were on the road. That's a promise! New Mexico State does not play well in the South. Or have you forgotten the pounding we put on your team the last time you played on OUR turf?? I can admit we struggle playing on the road in the West (1-4 against NMSU, Utah State, and Idaho on the road), just like Utah State struggles on the road anywhere and just like New Mexico State struggles beating teams on the road in the South. I mean, you can beat us in Las Cruces, but you are also 0-2 on our turf. Go figure.

And as far as the Sun Belt being a league for "little teams", well, I think as we look at New Mexico State's three years in the conference, we find that those "little teams" made your school like like a big pile of sh!t!!! BTW, good luck in the WAC. I'm sure as long as you have Utah State in that conference, you'll hardly finish last!

I think FAU is bettter than NMSU right now--although we'll definitely see. FAU beat Hawaii @ Hawaii (something no other WAC team has been able to do this year) as well. They have some skilled players on offense and a fairly solid defense.
