Sunbelt teams think they have a better conference than the WAC. They say that FAU, and Troy can beat any team in the WAC.

Hey Guy -- Stop stirring the pot! The WAC thinks it is better than the MWC, the MAC thinks it is better than the SBC, the SBC thinks it is better than the MAC, the MWC thinks it is better than the Big East, CUSA, the WAC, the MAC, and the SBC, and on and on and on! We are all mid-majors trying to survive and prosper the best we can.

Take your cheap shots at the BCS conferences; the rest of us need to stick together!

However, I think it is a fair assumption and not basing anything on this one season, but basing things on the past few seasons, FAU and Troy are definitely better than say New Mexico State, Utah State, and Idaho. And I'm sure FAU and Troy could also put the hurtin' on Nevada and San Jose State. FAU and Troy are definitely as good or better than over half your conference, but not the whole conference!

Oh well I'm just saying what is true. Your saying Troy state is better than NMSU, but last time I checked NMSU beat them 22-18. So when we beat FAU this weekend their is no way Troy, and FAU is better than NMSU.

I'm not quite as confident as you that teams that have losses to Ark St, NMSU, and LaMonroe would automatically "put the hurtin" on Nevada.
You're basing this on the past few seasons? Maybe FAU finishing last year ranked 14th in Div 1-AA impresses Sun Belt fans but that doesn't mean too much to me.
Troy and Nevada seem to be pretty similar. They both sit at 5-4 this year, finished 6-6 last year, and 5-7 the year before. They both have one win over a BCS school in the last 3 years. Troy at home against Missouri this year and Nevada last year on the road against Washington. Maybe we should try to get a Troy vs. Nevada game scheduled. Would probably be pretty good.

NMSU beat Troy but I don't think they want to admit it.

nmsuaggies what you're posting is a crock. State specifically those who have made the above statement or zip it.

You may find that it's been posted that Troy and FAU are a good trade for the western Sun Belt teams that are going to the WAC, but to my knowledge NO ONE has said that Troy and FAU can beat any team in the WAC.

You've got a great imagination or you're just an irresponsible poster.

Well did i say NT. I Said Troy, and FAU. They think they can beat anyone. Troy thinks they are god for some reason. NT I know didn't say that but some fans did say that the Sunbelt will get better than the WAC.

And I have seen WAC fans state the WAC is better than the MWC . . . what is wrong with WAC, MAC, CUSA or SBC fans hoping and wishing for the best for their conference?
