Nice week by Utah State who would probably be atop these rankings if they were in the WAC this year.
1) Rice-Held on to defeat a solid Houston team
2) Hawaii-Nice road win by the islanders
3) Nevada-followed up their embarassing loss to Kansas with a solid home win against UNLV
4) UTEP-Once Rivera returns they should climb back to the top but it's been ugly without him
5) Fresno-Their schedule is a joke but you can only beat the teams they put in front of you
6) LaTech-They need another scorer to step up
7) SMU-Giving up 100 points is never a good sign
8) Boise-2-0 against Idaho
9) SJSU-Played well in a losing effort against a good Santa Clara team
10) Tulsa-Played well at Arkansas and then got blown out of the water at home against Oral Roberts.

1.)Nevada - Rebounded from loss against Kansas, UNLV win is impressive.
2.)Hawaii - Rare opening road win against a CUSA team for Hawaii.
3.)Rice - Looking solid, loss to ULaLa holds me back from ranking them higher.
4.)UTEP - Ugh, they need their PG back, or they could drop lower than this.
5.)Fresno State - Undefeated and their RPI is still a woeful #99. (SOS #288)
6.)San Jose State - Blew out Cal Poly and didn't look horrible against Santa Clara.
7.)LaTech - No bad losses, but no good wins either.
8.)Tulsa - ORU seems to always beat them, even when TU is good.
9.)Boise - They can't wait (in bball) until Idaho is in the WAC.
10.)SMU - I thought Dement left some talent. Maybe I was wrong.
