Thanks guys! It was sure nice to beat Texas. Illinois just had way too many weapons. Oh well, 3 tournament wins in 2 years has made being a Wolf Pack fan very fun. Good luck in C-USA. Hopefully we can schedule an OOC game against both Rice and Tulsa every once in a while.

Congratulations on a great tourney effort, and thanks for the well-wishes! :) I'm glad that (for the most part) the E-WAC to C-USA thing hasn't had the acrimony we see between C-USA and the folks who are leaving that conference. :eek2: Mostly, it seems like we hope for the best for each other.

It'd be cool to schedule the Pack in the future -- we'll be wanting some good OOC teams to play! -- but if that doesn't work out... well, we'll just have to meet up in the post-season, right?

I think all the changes make sense except UTEP going to CUSA.
LaTech to CUSA would have been a better fit for all.

Now LaTech is on an island. Adding UNT to the WAC for a traveling partner would help.
But maybe adding the top 3 Sun Belt teams to created a 12 team WAC would be the best solution.
