The NFL Draft has begun.

As expected the Houston Texans selected QB David Carr with the 1st pick.

The Carolina Panthers chose my boy Julius Peppers from UNC with the 2nd pick.

Bunch of surprises there. The Bungles take Levi Jones, a 20-30 pick player. Guess they really wanted him.

Colts take Dwight Freeny, a sack machine but very small DE from Syracuse. With Bryant and Haynesworth still on the board, this was strange

Both players went at least 10-15 picks too early, and Buchannon is still on the board

Browns got William Green. Great pick for them.
