D and E aren't used. It's easy to figure out. If you take an IP, convert it to binary, A always starts with 0, B starts with 10, and C starts with 110.

Binary being 4 octet, 8 bits per octet. Ie:

128.32.16.2 = 10000000.00100000.00010000.00000010
