I can only speak for MT, but the best shot for the Raiders is the second week of the season at Maryland, who's coming off two straight 5-6 seasons, and travels to rival West Virginia the Thursday after their game with MT.

It's a shame that vandy backed of their game with MT this season. I wanted MT to make it 4 in a row over the commodores, but they gave up a home game with MT to go on the road to Michigan with no return game. Vandy, an $ec team in name only.

Pathetic.

Isn't Vandy comming to your place in the next couple of years?

I would say Troy over UAB. As long as Watson Brown is our coach, you (the other team) have a chance.

I'll be pretty upset if Middle Tennessee loses to Tennessee Tech.

That's the story...supposedly vandy has agreed to a two for two, but the dates haven't been agreed on. Next year MT hosts Virginia (a one game deal - MT doesn't return this game, but supposedly this is fallout from Temple backing out of a MT-Temple deal a couple of years ago), in 2008, MT hosts Maryland, in 2009 and 2011 MT hosts Memphis, and in 2011 MT hosts Georgia Tech.

UL Cajuns over Houston.

I think its pretty much a cinch that UL will beat I-AA North Carolina A&T, so thats another OOC win.

SI Rankings:

#93 stAte has a shot at:

#77- Memphis (a long time rival; we led until the final four minutes of the last game)

#87- Army (kicked our butt last year and we play them at home this year)

#96- Oklahoma State (last year we lost 20-10 on the road; we play them in Little Rock this year)

Troy over UAB is no real upset. It's expected.

Now, Troy over Georgia Tech or Nebraska, that would be nice. But we'll start with that huge upset over the 'Noles first. :)
