What can we expect from the Wendale Farrow era?
I'm predicting sweet 16. Who's with me?

Hey emu Steve !
Are you really a Eagle fan or just a pretender, thats what you sound like to me. J. Bunkley had a pretty good year for starters, C. Knaub gave us good backup minutes for 2 seasons and he graduated, more than I can say about Boones kids. 1st postseason win in 9 seasons, get a clue.

hahahahaa
steve, i'm all for bad puns, but that was truly awful.
I think the JUCO's you are referring to were stopgaps, whereas i think they're bringing in Farrow because they think he can contribute right away. So, i'm hoping for Bunkley-type production out of Farrow.

stringem..maybe I should get a professional writer to do my
posts.
But actually the Mia Farrow and MIA (missing in action) was some awful humor.
Aaron threw a nice hanging curve and I tried to hit it deep.
It wasn't a knock at Mr. W. Farrow.
Me thinks that some of the JUCO big men have been less then stellar, though. Dodd and Banjanin. Their GPAs are higher then their PPGs.
Yes, I know Farrow isn't a big man, but now I've just ruined my post which had more to do with humor then Rams' ability to recruit JUCO big men.
Yes, I read that article that Dodd does 20 hour days as a husband, father, student, and basketball player. Kudos to him for doing what very few could do.

Got your lines crossed you must be talkin about KNAUB not DODD. Knaub came from JUCO and the newspaper article was about him being married etc...since graduated...Dodd came as a freshman.

senior moment
Indeed I meant Knaub and in fact the context was a JUCO big man.

well whoever you meant, neither dodd or knaub really played that much last season, especially in conference games.
dodd needs to add weight if he plans on getting pt.

Dodd is going to put on 35 lbs. and be a beast in the paint for the next 3 years.

A related subject to this is the playing rotation and starting line-up.
Starters may be Medlock, Bowdry, Bunkley, Matthews, and Dobbins. It could be a dogfight to see who gets the rest of the playing time although I expect Farrow, Dumes, and Axon to see plenty of time. It will be interesting to see how Cooper, Farris, and Skipper fit in. Skipper and Dodd will likely be battling each other for PT.
It's hard to think about hoops on a sunny Friday with the entire summer in front of us.

SUMMER TIME HOOPS
There is a camp on campus 23,24 June and it is open to the public (good recruiting tool). Good teams and players I've been told!
Also, one the summer school session starts, Rams brings in all the player and they play 2-3 times per week in the main gym , evenings I believe. Will give you a vchance to view the team in open gym sessions.
P.S. Any word on Medlock and Skipper in regargs to their injuries? Are they bot 100% or close?
