First off...four seeds are set. #1 ULL, #2 UALR, #3 UNO, and #7 ASU. That means the only matchup set is UALR vs ASU in the 2/7 game.
With a UNT win in Mobile...the Mean Green clinch the #4 seed. They would then face #5 seed Western Kentucky. Also, a UNT win eliminates South Alabama and gives Denver the #8 seed and a date with the Ragin Cajuns in the opening round. This would make Middle Tennessee the #6 seed regardless of their outcome vs FIU on Monday.
With a USA win over UNT...The Jags are the #8 seed and face ULL. That would also make WKU the #4 seed. An MT win over FIU makes them the #5 and UNT the #6. If USA and FIU both win, UNT is #5 and MT is #6

I would rather see us verus Denver than USA. I hope UNT wins and we get Denver first. Their both great teams, but USA is scary and could give us more than we could handle.

I second that, Denver would be an easier win i think as they fell apart towards the end of the season and USA has played some good roundball lately.

It would be a rematch of last years opening round game for ULL too, but Denver is a very good basketball team with some good players they too could give ULL all they could handle.
