Players who, IMO, stood out today

Abdule Levier looked great at TB, Josh Harrison also looked good.
Greg Hodges & Brandon Cox looked good on the OL
Marshall Delesdernier & Ken Haynes looked good at DT
Tony Hills and Travis Bass made some plays from DE
Mike Adams looked good at CB
Tyler Norman looked good at LB
None of the QB's looked sharp to me and when they did it seemed the receivers dropped the ball. With the exception of WR Bill Sampy nobody from the group of QB, WR and TE was on today.

Still a lot of the new players (transfers, true freshman and RS-Freshman) that I am trying to figure out what number they are wearing. Since the scrimmage was at Cajun Field I could not get close enough to work on that.

I agree with you our QB's were not on target and when they were the ball was dropped by the WR. I think our running game could improve a great deal come football season. Was QB #18 Butch Rousell??

QB#11 Luke Sniewski(sp) has a gun for an arm but isn't very mobile. I notcied that he did limp at times and he did have an ankle brace.

Man Harrison and Levier were looking good at the running back position! I saw Briggs drop a long pass that was right too him, I talked about him having trouble catching the ball at the last practice that I went to, I hope he works that out soon. Hills looked great today, but Jackson was having some trouble catching the ball. I agree on the rest of your comments Swamp.

I di leave that out, yes Justin was doing a great job at fullback. With him, Cones, Rix and the JC coming in the fall (McCall) we should be covered at FB.

I also saw #4 Ron Vaughn at RB, he did not have any good runs but was also running with the2nd or 3rd team offense. Saw #11 Robinson playing SLB, he did not stand out either way. I can't figure out what number Risher is wearing. Also could not figure out who big #93 DT was, he looked good early but seemed to either get hurt or tired. #95 also played well at DE, I think this is Jason Guidry but not sure. If anybody knows please fill us in or PM it to me if you prefer not to post :D

Thanks, You know Norman wore 32 last year but he is wearing 3 now. Could not figure 32 out. Yes he did play well today.

Actually I some of the players are wearing different number practice jerseys b/c some of them are lost. And some players are just wearing different numbers. I guess that's why Mark was wearing number 32.

That is weird (that some of them were lost) I know Demetrois Brooks was wearing #73 for the scrimmage, he has wore #77 since he has been here and he is a senior so I thought something strange was going on

I think "lost" may mean "stole". (smilin', grinnin', etc.) Some of them haven't worn the same number two days in a row.
