FAU continues to play strong and Troy has climbed out of the losers bracket eleminating Campbell, Stetson, and UCF from the tourney. Troy plays FAU in the finals today. Troy will have to beat FAU twice if they are going to get the auto bid. Outside possibility that Troy will get an at-large. Pretty definate that FAU will be going to tourney (along with UCF).
Not too shabby. Two future belt schools playing one another for baseball championship in what is a pretty mean (A-Sun) baseball conference. A-Sun will send at least two and possibly 3 to the tourney.
Troy vs FAU baseball, another Sunbelt rivalry is born.
Sunbelt RPI in baseball is going to be nice! Sunbelt RPI in basketball is going to be nice!
Now, time for us all to get the football in gear!

Well said.
Come 2006, the Sun Belt could be one of the Top 3 baseball conferences in the nation.

FAU has a great team, without question.
Troy was fresh out of pitchers that day, I still don't know if we could have beat them if we had the pitchers, but it would have been more interesting.
Congrats to the FAU team. Good luck in the NCAA's.
GO TROJANS!

I'm not saying we will be that high, or we won't, but every conference had to start somewhere at the bottom and work their way up to the top. Why can't the Sun Belt? If the teams start playing strong year in and year out, then we could be up near there. In time we shall see what becomes of the teams in the Sun Belt in baseball.

What a typical response from BlueRaider. I pose a question to a ridiclous comment (made by him, of course), and what do I get? Yet another idiodic comment.
I'd expect nothing less from him, however.
