Even though FAU and FIU will not be fully admitted until 2005, who will make the biggest impact (football-wise) in the Sun Belt Conference?

Although I think both FIU and FAU will shine in the near future, I expect Troy to give UNT a solid challenge for the SBC football championship this fall. I would not be surprised at all to be watching Troy in the NO Bowl in December!

It is just disappointing that we do not play Troy, so a little unfair that if both go undefeated in Conference one team will be seating at home fuming.

Very difficult to say which team will have the biggest impact overall (since no timeline was given, i.e. this season or the next 10 seasons) but it is hard to vote against Troy considering their winning tradition on the 1-AA level and the succes they have had since moving to 1-A. Hard to gues which of the 3 schools will be the most successful over during the time as a Sun Belt member. In so far as Tro and North Texas going undefeated in conference, I doubt either (or any) school will have to worry about that this season. :D

Hey Swamp,
I said "Who will make the biggest impact in year #1 (2004-2005)?"

Okay, then my vote has to go to Troy.
