Router went out at datacenter. A few thousand dedicated servers were out for the night. **** happens. The first two outages were my fault --> a buggy script I designed and ran on server. The streak of downtime has been coincidental.
In the future, should any unforseen downtime happen, I'm almost always available on IM so you can see what's up.

Oh no no, not at all.
A router going down is EXTREMELY rare.
We have a very good uptime history.
