for CollegeFootballnews.com's Preseason All-Conference team.
OL Brandon Cox
PK Sean Comiskey
SS C.C. Brown
and finally TE Tommy Briggs who, it does not appear, will be with us at all this upcoming season. We will know for sure next week. Other Cajuns mentioned (but not on the Preseason All Conference Team): QB Jerry Babb, CFN has him rated as the 3rd best QB in the Belt behind USU's Travis Cox and UNT's Scott Hall. Babb is also listed as the #30 best player in the SBC regardless of position. WR Bill Sampy is listed as the 5th best WR in the conference behind Middle Tennessee's Kerry Wright, UNT's Johnny Quinn, Troy's Jason Samples, and Idaho's Orlando Winston.

According to the latest addition of Louisiana Football , Kemmie Lewis WR and Newcomer :WR jordan Jackson made the 2004 Pre-Season All College Team on offense. On defense CB Terryl Fenton and FS C.C. Brown made the magazine. Congraluations go to these three guys.
