Support welcomed

Dear Sun Belt football fans,

These are exciting times in the Sun Belt Conference and we’d like to share the experience with you. Last season, upwards of two and a half million of you watched Sun Belt football.

The number snapped league attendance records and we thank you.

But that was last season. This fall, we don’t just want to meet that number, our goal is to pass it and put it in our rear-view mirror.

With your help, we are confident that we can make that happen. By supporting your local Sun Belt football team, you support the student-athletes, the university and the community.

Each member institution is committed to making a positive move into the future. That can be easily seen on any of our campuses. From new athletic centers to stadium renovations, our universities are doing things outside of the box and in a first-class manner.

Even if you are an Aggie, Ragin’ Cajun, Indian, Vandal, Trojan, Mean Green, Owl, Golden Panther or a Blue Raider, you are a part of the Sun Belt Conference family.

On behalf of the Sun Belt Conference, I would like to thank you for your support of the league’s member institutions.

Sincerely,

Wright Waters,

commissioner
