South Carolina "D" was good. Our offense was terrible. Troy couldn't catch a break or a pass when we needed it, but...

We got absouletly hosed by SEC officials! If anyone saw the game, no matter who they root for, they'd think Troy got the shaft. Are the officials that biased or are they just that BAD! SEC just passed up Big 12 and CUSA officials on my list as the worst and most biased in the country. I can't wait to see what they do to us against LSU.

Give us some decent QB play, an offensive co-ordinator, and some unbiased officiating and we win the Gamecock game by 20.

Ridiculus.

Moral victories are no longer accepted at Troy Universtity.

Sunbelt conference season is going to be fun this year. Looks to be wide open! Lots of scoreboard watching for the first time in almost 3 years. :bang:

Did not see the game but I will take your word for it. Hard to get calls against the "big" schools especially in their place. :bang:

Title reminds me of the chant we had in high school:

"Nuts and bolts, nuts and bolts, WE GOT SCREWED!"

I was doing some research on the refs names who did our game and guess what all I found!
Those refs were SEC refs. When the game is set up, they put it in the contract from which conference the refs are going to come from. Penn Wagers, the umpire of the game, has reffed lots of SEC games lately. Do a google on Penn Wagers and see what all comes up! He's the guy who made the bad call in the Florida/Arkansas game a couple of years ago that cost Ark the game and his name comes up with COUNTLESS other mistakes and guffaws. Put in Penn Wagers (the refs name from last night) into google and DOZENS of hits will come up with him being involved in bad/disputed calls. He and his crew seem to be the designated go to crew when the SEC plays a smaller school OOC. I smell a rat!

Guess which game he was at last week? Florida/Tenn! That's right! He's the clown who didn't start the clock and let UT win the game. He was involved in the shoving penalty thing too!
So much for the SEC disciplining their refs like they said they would do! They were working the very next week and screwing up calls while putting the screws to an OOC opponent.

We need to get word to JW and Coach B to make sure that Wagers and his crew are no where near Baton Rouge when we play LSU. I bet, with some more digging and some reviews of some tape that Penn Wagers could be nailed. At the least, he's a terrible official, but there might be something else going on. A real, big time conspiracy here.

Maybe some internet bloggers will get ahold of this and do some digging and put this guy in his place!

Tell all your friends!
