It is going to be sweet. 04-rock I just wish they would have started sooner to give the team more time to get used to it.

Good point....I don't think it takes very long to get used to, though.

If you check out gozips.com they have pictures of the bare surface in the Bowl - kinda looks lonely. :D

That should look very nice though once the new stuff is in.

Nice start on renovating that rat hole. I wish KSU would replace the crap on the field at Dix with this stuff. Now, how about doing something with those #%$^%ing light poles. That must drive you guys nuts. I go there every other year and I can't stand them. UGH!

See you on 8/28! 03-razz

With the airport right next door, the lightpoles HAVE to be inside the stadium, otherwise they'd be too big and would be a severe hazzard to airplanes.

The new on campus stadium will be much better, trust me!

Good point on the airport and the lights. Forgot about that. I still hate the obstructed views.

As for the on campus stadium, good luck with that. I will believe it when I see it. It will take the city and the university working together for funding because I just don't see the state handing any state university millions to build a new stadium.
