Nittany Lions not on TV for first time in 6 years.

State College, Pa. (AP) - - Penn State fans used to watching their team on television will have to log onto the Internet to see Saturday's matchup against Kent State.

After 73 consecutive televised games, Penn State's game Saturday against the Golden Flashes will not be televised. It will be shown on ESPN.com, with a 1 p.m. EDT kickoff.

It's been more than six years since a Penn State game was passed over for television. The last Penn State game not on TV was Sept. 13, 1997, when the Nittany Lions beat Temple 52-10.

Also,
Paterno still has no top back.

Giving 'em a little taste of football, Kent State style!

Can they handle the lack of media attention? Will they be distracted by the subdued and disinterested crowd? :snore:
We got 'em right where we want 'em!?
