Thats the thing, there already is a pretty active board just for Troy fans.

And no, they don't seem to take kindly to people plugging other boards. Otherwise, I would have already done that.

GO TROJANS!

We're here, but it's getting difficult to monitor a number of Troy-related message boards. :)

Too busy saying they'll go 8-3 on the season beating South Carolina, and have an offensive shootout (Troy, Offense???) with UAB. And saying that MT's coach's job is riding on the Troy game. (I think we'll know if he's staying or not by then. Troy won't change anything).

Man, if you think we all agree with that guy....

I know I don't. 8-3....possible, but not the way he thinks. But thats a different topic.

GO TROJANS!

Well, it's tough to talk about one person. Especially one person who writes for a webpage that the Troy nation reads.

Troy seemed to find enough offense to beat MTSU pretty convincingly last year and go to a bowl. It's defense that really matters, and Troy is reloading in that category this season.

From what I read, the Trojan offense might be a pleasant surprise.

The offense didn't beat us. Your defense did. And the Palladium is coming to Murfreesboro this year.

It's tough to win when your opponents literally throw up a smoke screen to stop your passing attack. 03-wink 03-wink 03-wink

I had forgotten about that until I saw the pictures.

And don't forget the Sound of the South, whose noise caused your offense massive confusion. :)

After the refs threw a penalty on the band, the soggy crowd went wild and then the MT QB threw two consecutivce INTs for Troy TDs!

It was one of the most entertaining games I have seen in a long time.

Well, hopefully there'll be more than "18,435" phantom fans to enjoy the SOTS and the Band of Blue. That was an annoying game. I think I could have dealt with the fireworks and smoke if it hadn't been for the rain. BTW sitting at the opposite end zone I couldn't hear the Troy band.

I poke my head in from time to time. But refereeing the UAB/Troy threads on the Troy board is pretty time consuming.

That's interesting because there are no seats in the end zone opposite the Troy band.

When the Sound plays, everyone in that (stadium and for blocks around) hears it.

Well, considering the band made so much noise at that game that it was penalized by the refs, you must be deaf. :)
