Hello to all my fellow golden flashes. This is my first time on here and i wanted to bounce an idea off of everyone and let me know what you think:

I'm thinking about this whole bracket buster idea and how it might be improved, but I think they do the best they can with the scheduling. But how about this.....let's set up a MVC/MAC Challenge. This would be a set up similar to the Big Ten/ACC Challenge. I think this is possible and I think with the strength of these two conferences I think it would work out great. I'm sure that other conferences might think they are worthy, but look at the conference RPI of mid-major conferences. The West Coast conference has an elevated RPI b/c of Gonzaga. Also, with the NCAA Tournament successes of these two conferences, it would be an attractive proposal. Also, it would create another avenue for uping the RPI's of teams. The match-ups could be announced much like bracket buster and the teams that would benefit the most would play each other. Just throwing this idea out there.....let me know what you think. welcome goflashes25.. yes, i think an mvc-mac challenge is a god idea! ...although it may be a bit one-sided!! (in favor of the mac, of course..)
