"If Omar Jacobs becomes the quarterback many believe he can be, this could be the best Falcon team ever able to compete with anyone in America. It'll get its shot right off the bat against Oklahoma, and then there's no one else on the slate, including Marshall, Toledo and Northern Illinois, that should be able to touch this loaded team with 19 returning starters. However, the MAC is a dangerous place, and the Falcons have to go on the road to face the Huskies and Rockets".

I like the sound of that....at home or on the road, if we are the team I (and others) think we are, we'll win those conf road games.

I can't wait to face you guys in Huskie Stadium this year. Huskie Stadium is becoming a very difficult place to play. I not saying that you're not talented enough to beat us. I like having you guys and Toledo in our division so we can push eachother to another level. I just think that our home field advantage maybe as high as 6-7pts, because we always seem to play at a different level in front of our large crowds.

There goes CFN with their inconsistencies and that is why you can't believe what the publish. They say that but then they have Toledo winning the West with BG 2nd.

Yeah, that will be another war! I think BG is very capable of beating every team on the schedule...not named Oklahoma! I think we can give the Sooners a pretty good shot but we'll need a perfect game and a couple breaks to pull that one off.
As for NIU, UT and BG...they are all solid, talented programs.

rf,
I agree with your point. A week ago they were saying UT was untouchable...now BG.
One way to find out, eh? 03-wink
