Actually, the birdbrains should be thankful to UT Rockets!!! Someone has to give them a job to clean houses...

Actually, I walked into Frankies a bar here in Atlanta... Was supporting my Toledo Rocket shirt... the waiter came up and said he went to Bowling Green... I said, that's nice skippy... Now, less talking... more walking... fetch me my drink!!!

I just meet a BG graduate at a party this weekend at UT, I talked to him for a little bit and found out with his degree in education from BG he is a Wal-Mart greeter, then I asked him about the game and he said I never meet anyone who went to BG football games no one in BG cares about the football team, I think that this is a more typical graduate from BG just a bunch of looser rednecks

Okay so let's see...you all say it's funny how much ****** is going on on the BG boards, yet you all have obviously spent way too much time and effort on this thread. Who are the jealous ones? And the picture we posted said "Toledo alumni", so saying it's J5 in the picture makes no sense...he would never set foot anywhere near your shithole of a university. Good job with the cutdowns boys, hope you get in some good laughs. We're gonna shut you up. Hard.

It is the defensive backs coach's job to hunt down the team meal the morning of each game. Coach brought home a bag of goodies before the WMU game. Here he shows off his prize shot of the day...a 22 lb opossum! Of course, the starters had first dibs on this tasty morsel.

Hehateme was able to dig up a photo of this year's homecoming queen. They sure know how to grow 'em down there. Thanks to Hehateme for his skillful research.

Marshall has a good football team?

This photo is real! It was in the Blah a while ago. It's a picture of people staking out places for the tractor pull. That's completely for serious too. I couldn't have photoshopped anything funnier.

Anyway, I find it ironic that some of you have pointed out the "UT envy" that BG fans have, yet it seems there are a lot of posts on this board about BG.  Why is that?

BTW - I think most BG fans think that Brucie is a very, very good quarterback and most of the negative comments about him are a result of the rivalry that we have.  It is a great rivalry and one that the rest of the nation should know more about.  Many of you never gave Josh Harris the credit he deserved and aren't giving Omar Jacobs the credit he deserves (I realize he had a poor spring game, but he has played okay when it counted).  As BG fans, we don't feel the need to give Brucie the credit he deserves, Why should we?
Gotta quote this and leave it at that because it's just THAT good! We're gonna shut you up just like we did with Marshall. And YES Brucie IS a good QB but why should we give him his credit if you've NEVER given our amazing QB's theirs? I'm a big enough person to admit that UT has a GREAT team, which is more than I can say about your fans here on this board. It promises to be a shootout, and whoever brings the motivation will win out. No room to talk about "UT envy" since you appear to have tons more posts here about us than we've got about you. Home/Away doesnt mean anything...we were smearing your asses all over the field for the first half of the 2002 BG/UT game! You've beat opponents at their house, teams (including ****** ones!) have beat you at yours. Seems like a moot point to me, boys. It will certainly be a great game, but let's remember to keep it all in perspective, as we were reminded today with McGrady.

many people here have said Omar is a good quarterbackwhat ****** teams have beat us at home recently? 29-1 at home in past years and that one loss was to a good Miami team led by Big Ben. Most UT fans are pointing towards the recent trend in our series that the home team seems to win. 2002? who won that game? BG forget we play 2 halves that they have to only look at 1? Who needs to keep it in perspective? YOU DO
