From ESPN:

BG 2004 stats:
NAME CMP ATT YDS CMP% YDS/A TD INT RAT
Omar Jacobs 309 462 4002 66.9 8.66 41 4 167.2
Jason Washington 3 7 39 42.9 5.57 0 0 89.7
Van Johnson 1 2 16 50.0 8.00 0 0 117.2
Totals 313 472 4057 66.3 8.60 41 4 165.

Ok, I didn't watch every BG game last year, but if you say Brandon pulled Omar so often, who else was behind the center last year? Washington with his 7 total pass attempts? Or Van Johnson with his 2? :ownd:
The only thing you just owned is your stupidity about BG football. When we put the backups in the game we run the ball because we were way ahead...hence we don't run up the score. Besides, those two QB's to be truthful were our third and fourth stringers. Anthony Turner was our true second stringer but we did not want to burn a redshirt so you will get the pleasure of seeing another great Falcon QB for two or three years after Omar leaves.

And against Temple last year we ran the ball four straight times on our last possession from the 10 yard line instead of kicking a field goal and our fourth string running back found the endzone on fourth down to get us to 70. Omar was pulled shortly after half-time in that game.

Against Western Omar hardly played at all in the second half.

Against Marshall we took a knee inside the 5 in the last minute of the game with the crowd wanting us to score again.

Do some research on what BG did to opponents in the first quarter and half last year before making any more ridiculous statements. The scoring margin was off the charts.

Anyway...nice win Rockets...hope no one got injured...we want to ruin your perfect season and BCS hopes 04-rock

Anyone tell what happened in the final seconds at Cincy?

I think Eastern just lost by 2, woulda been a nice MAC upset.

No, but apparently they lost.

Well, it's been great sharing a Rockets game with you guys...too bad it couldn't have been in the Glass Bowl.

UCF has a nice QB in Moffat and two tall and lean recievers in Walker and Marshall.

Here come the UCF predictions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 04-drinky

RWT,

I know that it hurts when we win, but look at the good side. We didn't beat YOU tonight.
