WHY IGNORE HIM?

Bob said Maxx Crosby was NOT an NFL player.
Bob said Nate Wiegers was an All-Mac Quarterback
Bob said Sutton Smith would be a GREAT defensive player in the NFL.
Bob said that Joey Hauser would be in the NBA two years and bet $20K on it but did not pay.

Notice a trend here? You have a fantastic opportunity to make some money here if you are betting man. Follow Welchersham, bet the opposite and retire early!
Ah Jere Bear, but I DIDN'T say that this year's EMU team is comparable to John Wooden's national champion UCLA team. You must think that is a reasonable prediction which says a lot about your basketball acumen.

My basketball acumen may indeed be in question, perhaps I should characterize my comments as satirical instead of logical and make bets that I have no intention of paying off like you. It must be a good time being the "keyboard warrior" that you are. Take a moment, stand up, flip your cape and assume the heroic pose you envision yourself to be, Super Welchersham.

Before we worship at the temple of John Wooden, let's examine his record. UCLA won most of their NCAA championships when the tournament field included just 16 TEAMS, hardly the gauntlet it is today. Then the West regional ONLY included teams from the WEST, unlike today. The Big East, B1G and SEC only received ONE bid in their particular region as well. At that time nobody in the West played serious basketball so UCLA, in essence, got a bye into the Final Four. Play two candies and win just two biggies and you are National Champs!

One could logically argue that Bob Knight, Dean Smith and Coach K have more impressive accomplishments! Plus, Knight and K did not cheat!

Just reading this while imagining Zion Williamson's mom in that sweet house K definitely didn't get her in Durham.

You may be right about K and if so, I stand corrected. We may find a Sam Gilbert in Durham as well.
