RE: The new American Athletic Conference
I think 16 is the ultimate target, but not before the P4 all go to 16, so I think we add 6 now 2 more in 2-4 years.

The 6 now in my best guess:

CSU
AFA
UNLV
UAB
SDSU ( I think they grow tired of BSU treating them like their ride-along bi*** & gain the most with the move & surpasses BSU for future NB12 invite).
6th is either BSU ( who doesn’t want SDSU to leave them and pass them by) or whoever ESPN tells us between Fresno/Rice/FAU/NM

When you get the next round & getting to 16 teams the landscape will be changed enough you can make a better case for market long shots like GSU/UTSA because you’re likely adding more than 2 at that time.
