That is the question I wanted to ask, but was too long for a thread title.

And I didn't want this discussion to just get lost in the other threads, so I thought it was important to create this dialogue here.

It is certainly nice to get a game on national TV for the exposure. We got lucky and CBS picked up the game due to the pandemic. I doubt if this game would have sold out under normal conditions. Sellouts at MU have only occurred for games like WVU; UL; Purdue and Kansas State plus the 1-AA championship games. Like I said, it could be great exposure for both teams if it attracts a viewing audience. It will be interesting to see the TV ratings for the game. I know CBS got the game for the normal fees which is next to nothing.
