The Chicago St BOT seem to be pretty oblivious to the fact that they are a bottom of the barrel D1 program. They don’t seem to realize that they aren’t in a better Midwestern conference because no one wants them.

The Horizon and OVC both have 12 members. I see zero reasons why either of them should add a struggling Chicago St.
