Lucky I agree. Nevertheless I think the new "immediate transfer rule" is bound to change Creighton's outlook on red-shirting. Why pay for a scholarship for five years when you can do it for four? Westmoreland looks extremely promising but like "Q" he might end up at Buffalo. It's a new world where a coach has to be concerned more with the "investment" issues regarding personnel.

I heard a Gary Danielson interview today. His advice to P5 programs? "Stop chasing anything but the BEST High School prospects and skim off the MAC, Sun Belt and other lower programs in the transfer portal for the rest". Sad but true. The days of developing a prospect into NFL quality are indeed over for the MAC, we need to get all we can get when we can.

nothing stopping the MAC and Sun Belt from skimming the best from FCS and D II
