RE: Will there be a realignment move this offseason?
Does P5 realigning their football divisions count?

I believe that by the the Big Ten will vote scrap divisions in football starting in the year 2022 and instead have the top 2 teams go to the CCG.

This will require a change in NCAA rules for CCG games, which will get voted on in 2020 and will go into effect for the 2021 season. This will start a domino effect where 1 by 1 all FBS football conferences will get rid of their 2-division structure by 2022, and instead will vote to have its 2 best teams go to its CCG.
