He is not returning according to a family member. Said Raymond did not wish to play anymore. I guess Raymond can always change his mind but as of last Thursday, he wasn’t returning for his last year of eligibility.

This isn’t the first time a football player has forgone eligibility to move on with life. He is a fine young man and I wish him well.
