going to be interesting to see if this has a domino effect. Trey Lance has the talent to play in the Big 10 or other P5 schools - does he come back to spend a year in the NC tundra in '20-'21 if football is cancelled ? I am betting not.

Hypothetically if Lance transfers this year, he will have to sit out next year. If the season gets cancelled would he have to sit out the following year or does the lost season count?

If that plays out wouldn’t he just go pro at that point. I think he’ll stay at North Dakota state and go pro early. It’s wishful thinking on our parts that he’ll transfer from the Bison.
