Yeah, obviously a ton of respect around the country for what NDSU has done. Also has a whiff of coaches liking to have a convenient built-in excuse for why nobody has been able to step up and really challenge the Bison (i.e. "nobody can beat NDSU, they're different"). Seeing JMU actually step up and do it creates awkward looks in the mirror for others, thus the "but transfers..."

agreed - tons of respect for what NDSU has been able to achieve after graduation and coaching changes... but for what it's worth - 3 of the 13 ballots are from the MO Valley - no way a conference mate would ever vote against their own hand that feeds you.
